We even provide you with two options of how you can do it yourself. With EasyPay DIY you are provided a computer program that you down load onto your computer. It not only does your billing for you but it also keeps track of all the data you need on each student. Things like contract expiration dates, belt rank, testing, class attendance, tournament results, etc. You can process your own EFTs/ACH (bank drafts) for $ .50 (50 cents) which are deposited directly into your bank account within 48 hours. Any returns can be resubmitted by you and you also get to keep 100% of the NSF fees (usually $25-$30). You can process your own credit cards for about 2% and those funds are also deposited in your own bank account. With Visa/Master Card that is usually done within two days. With American Express and Discover it usually takes 5 days. This program will track everything you can think of including inventory, sales, tuition, testing fees, tournaments, etc.
No Internet Down Time With EasyPay DIY
The beauty of our complete martial arts management system is that our program runs on your computer. So if the internet goes down you still have access to all of your data. However, when it is time to process the payments you connect to a secure internet “gateway” that communicates directly with our program on your computer. Once you have entered the new payment information, you log off and are back to having a studio management program.

The EasyPay Basic Program is designed for those schools that do not want to keep track of everything but do want to track the essentials associated with their school. You Can Choose to Use Traditional Martial Arts Tuition Billing
